Joshua Pell is an illustrator based in Leeds.
Through constant practice in location and life drawing he has developed a solid figurative technique that's grounded in reality- whilst maintaining a touch of the absurd.
His work often finds a strong connection with history, music and anthropology to create imagery which questions culture today.
His work is energetic, bold and with a particular interest in concurrent imagery he has an affinity with poster and album-cover design.
